Since 2009: Certified business translator (English), IHK Dortmund (Dortmund Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
Graduate of the part-time in-class course “Interpreting and translating for courts and public authorities”, at the University of Hamburg (2011)
Since 2011: Certified English interpreter and translator (certified by the Hamburg Department of the Interior)
Since April 2019 President of the ADÜ Nord e. V. in Hamburg, a language service provider association
Since April 2014 regional and trans-regional industry policy activities aimed at improving the working conditions of court and public service interpreters as well as translators
